Teaching Tip: Our e-lesson for Amazing is structured around the three stages of an ELT picturebook-based lesson: pre-listening, listening to the story and post-listening. It is filled with activities which you can select and adapt according to the age, language level and interests of the children in your class. We use action verbs such as predict, create, act and review throughout all three lesson stages to make learning explicit and ensure children engage actively with the story (text) and its illustrations.
